You may have a blend of deep tissue, muscle release technique, hot stones, essential oils, massage cupping and relaxing massage strokes to blend and customize the perfect experience for your needs.

Muscle Release:
This technique combines compression, extension, movement to provide relief from pain, treating such conditions as carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic low back pain, and much more.

Massage Cupping:
Suction cups are applied to the body and moved in many various, massage-like techniques to thoroughly enhance the benefit of your session. Therapeutic effects include lymph drainage, loosening of adhesion's, releasing restrictions, relief of inflammation, stimulation of blood flow, and sedation of the nervous system. Some conditions that benefit from this work include asthma and other respiratory conditions, anxiety, fatigue, chronic headaches, TMJD, plantar fasciitis, bursitis, sciatica, and injured soft tissues, to name a few. Sometimes this work may leave a "cup kiss",indicating intense stagnation movement in the body-including toxins, refreshing the area with fresh blood. They are not bruises and will dissipate anywhere between a few hours to a few days. It is unlikely that it will occur in the same area because that restriction has been released. This wonderful technique can enhance all areas of massage therapy, and the sensations are truly indescribable!

Body Contouring:
A stimulating yet gentle full body Massage Cupping treatment that works lymphatic movement and detoxification.
